Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping Methods with estimated delivery time:
DHL:Estimated delivery time:7-10 working days.
EMS:Estimated delivery time:12-15 working days.
(Northern Europe, Africa, South America may need 12-15Working days)
Fedex:Estimated delivery time:5-7 working days.
TNT:Estimated delivery time:5-7 working days.
UPS: Estimated delivery time:5-7 working days.

2. Package safety according to our experiences:
You can choose any shipping method you like when you order,but according to our experiences,sometimes,its faster and more safety when we choose the specific shipping method to some particular places.
(1) The United States, Canada, England, France, Spain, Portugal and some western countries, the EMS will be cheaper. If the weights of the goods reache 18Kg, we will suggest you to use the DHL or UPS. Because the cost is the same as the EMS but it will be faster. (For Spain, UPS is better than DHL.)
(2) The Netherlands, Italia and European countries cannot use the EMS, and the DHL is the safest and fastest.
(3) If the first number of Italian Zip Code is one of the number from 0 to 5, it cannot send big package. And if the first number of the Zip Code is one of the number from 6 to 9, it will be very safe whatever the parcel is big or small .
(4) Russia, Romania, Croatia, Ukraine, Poland, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Brazil (Brazil should pay customs duties), Columbia, Peru, Venezuela and other South American countries and Scandinavia countries often use EMS. Meanwhile, if the weights of the goods reache 18Kg, it also can use DHL and only need fewer freight cost.
(5) Africa and Middle East Arab countries usually use DHL and FEDEX.
(6) Some in the sea islands, we usually choose to use FEDEX.
(7) South-east Asian countries, Japan, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand, EMS is the best choice.

3. Goods Tracking:
There will be a transport number of EMS in the e-mail that our customer service sent to you to confirm the shipping. According to this order number, you can check the current status of your order on the www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp.

4. Goods Certification:
When the courier staff delivered your package to your hands, please carefully check whether your packaging of ALL goods is complete or not, whether use sealing tape to package or not, and the corresponding gifts. 

5. Return Policy
--Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for shipping address if you want to send items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. 
--Please confirm the color, size and style when placing your order according to pictures we offer. After receiving our products, if you are not satisfied with color or size, but not quality problems, exchange or partial refund of purchase amount are available. Return shipping is at buyer’s expense.
--As to quality problems or mistaken version, please take photos of the items and send them to us. We take full responsibility if quality problems are concerned.
--If you would like to exchange items for a different style or request refund, please inform us the tracking number after the items are being shipped back. Once we receive your package, we will ship the item you reorder or refund your payment.
--If you have any questions about returning your products, please contact us immediately!

6. No return or exchange under these situations:
1) We do not accept items that with any quality problem which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.
2) We do not accept the returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered by the third party.
3) We do not accept items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly, or improperly insured.

7. Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched are treated in accordance with our return policy. Noted we would pass the refund information to our bank agency the same day, but the refund will be back to your account around 15-40 days, the frame based on how fast my bank agency and yours proceeded, not us.

8. Friendly Notice
If you did not receive your 10-digit tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance.
